Hope this is easy to follow, the rhythm of the song is easy, when you know it. Listen to
a live version or a recording for the timing. Play the chords high on the neck, ie
Barre chord B and A, 5th root barre F#m, D and E. In the verse, the F#m and E are an 
upstrum, listen to it and you'll see what I mean. Hope it helps, I've literally just spent 20
mins working it out, I think it's 100%. I'm not sure about the lyrics in the last part 
though :)
