Well this is the way I like to play it; I usually don?t like to play the complete chords
I didn?t put the final string fret but you can figure out the chord and play the whole chord.

Guitar I (Capo on 5th fret)

Intro & Verses (Piano part on guitar)

         G G/B C?maj7 Cmaj7 Cmaj7sus2
E -------------------------------------------------------------|
B ----0--------0---------0-----------0----------0--------------|
G ----0--------0---------0-----------0----------0--------------|
D ----0--x4---0--x4----4--x4-------2--x2-----0--x2-------------|
A ----x--------2---------3-----------3----------3--------------|
E ----3--------------------------------------------------------|

The first chord with G shape you can play it with the 5th string on fret 2 but if you
when you change to the next, the difference is clearer.

Chorus

         G Gsus2/B Cmaj7 Em D6 Cmaj7
E -----------------------------------------------------------------|
B ----0--------0---------0---------0--------0--------0-------------|
G ----0--------2---------0---------0--------2--------0-------------|
D ----0--x8---0--x8----2--x16---2--x8---4--x8---4--x16-------------|
A ----x--------2---------3---------2--------5--------3-------------|
E ----3-----------------------------0------------------------------|

Instead of the penultimate chord D6 you can play it like this too

E -------------|
B ----0--------|
G ----2--------|
D ----0--------|
A -------------|
E -------------|

Guitar II (Standard tunning)

This one would come in since the second chorus

Chorus

         C Csus2 F Am G F
E -----------------------------------------------------------------|
B ----1--------3---------1---------1--------0--------1-------------|
G ----0--------0---------2---------2--------0--------2-------------|
D ----2--x8---2--x8----3--x16---2--x8---0--x8---3--x16-------------|
A ----3--------3---------3---------0--------2--------3-------------|
E ------------------------1-------------------3--------1-----------|

For the verse I?m not so much convinced about the last two chords in the standard
maybe you can play it with the chords posted before for this song, they?re not so bad and I
to play something like this

       Csus2 C F5 F Fsus2
E ----------------------------------------------------|
B ----1--------1---------1---------1--------1---------|
G ----0--------0---------x---------2--------0---------|
D ----0--x8---2--x8----3--x8----3--x4---3-x4----------|
A ----3--------3---------3---------3------- 3---------|
E ------------------------1----------1-------1--------|

Guitar III (Standard tunning)

This one would be the electric guitar, I?m not sure what?s played through the
whole song, just this

This riff starts in the second verse
E---------------------|
B---------------------|
G---------------------|
D---------------------|
A-------5---3---------|
E---------------------|

This is played for the last chorus, it has like a synth kinda sound
E-----------------------------------------------12-x4------------12-x8-----|
B-----13-x8---15x-8---13-x16-----10-x4------------12-x8------------13-x16--|
G--------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D--------------------------------------------------------------------------|
A--------------------------------------------------------------------------|
E--------------------------------------------------------------------------|

For the chorus well this guitar seems to play something simple like fifths chords for
I?ve seen and for verses maybe you could play something like bass

D-------------------------------------------------------------|
A----3-x8----7-x8-----8-x8-----12-x4-----10-x4----------------|
E-------------------------------------------------------------|

Hope it works, just try it and make the changes you will so you enjoy playing it the most.
