Disclaimers:In the middle-8thy part the chords that Hugh plays may be a bit tricky as
you play it so if you want it's fine to play it with open chords. Sometime Hugh plays
chords open and/ or with A shapes or C shapes it just comes down to players preference 
or what you can switch to easier.
In the bit 1:36-1:39* I can't work out what Hugh is doing, but Luke's playing an F barre
so for Hugh's part just play a G chord and if you want to play Luke's part just
transcribe this 2 half step's down and play open chords (but Luke doesn't play open 
chords in the verse as I said before) but he does play and E on the 12th fret and a D and 
C#/D on the
10th and 9th fret at the end
