This is a very simple and brilliant song by the punk/reggae/ska band The Skints.

I worked this out entirely by ear, sounds near perfect to me.
I play this with a capo on 1 although they play it completely open live. (Without the 
but the chords in the same positions i.e a semitone above the chord names listed here.)
All chords relative to capo. I tried to write the scat parts out best I could its the 
chord sequence anyway so its not hard to get.
