Here's 'Get High, See Mice', by The Smith Street Band. I'm not 100% on the lyrics,
there's almost nothing about them online so I wrote them to the best of my abilities.

I'll leave you to figure out the picking, it's quite straightforward. The strumming
pattern however is tricky until you get the hang of it.

Chorus uses these chords (I know the names aren't right, just use for reference):

e|--3-----3-----3-----3--------------------------------------|
B|--3-----3-----3-----3--------------------------------------|
G|--0-----0-----0-----0--------------------------------------|
D|--2-----0-----2-----0--------------------------------------|
A|--3-----2-----0-----2--------------------------------------|
E|--------------------3--------------------------------------|

  Cadd9 B A G

It sounds good in capo 1 on acoustic, but I think Wil plays it in Eb using the chords A
E D instead of G D Cadd9 respectively.

Verse 1

            G D
I was gonna lie and steal, my way to the stars,

           Cadd9
I was gonna do it from the front seat of your own registered car,

            G D
I was gonna pull my blindfold over everyone,

            Cadd9
I was gonna find a way of making you fall for me, when I was done.

         G D Cadd9
But I'm not that young and I'm not that dumb anymore,

        G D Cadd9
No I'm not that young and I'm not that dumb anymore.

      G D Cadd9
Always, holding hands under the table,

With a keen eye for whatever's more available,

         G D
Gotta be signatures with little hearts on every little note,

         Cadd9
Left the first line blank in case someone caught your eye, while you wrote.

           G D Cadd9
And it's taken me this long to think we're anything, but you're his.

         G D Cadd9
And I always hated the taste of your pushy, drunken, alcoholic, ashtray lips

Chorus

        Cadd9 B A B Cadd9 B A G
But the city gets pretty for those few hours when the trains aren't running

        Cadd9 B A B
And I'm locking down my door in advance,

        Cadd9 D G D Cadd9
Cuz the wolves are coming, the wolves are coming

Verse 2

       G D
Oh you meet me on the corner of, Johnson and Brunswick,

       Cadd9
Singing my heart out for loose change with, my acoustic,

         G D Cadd9
Spending rainy days indoors trying to sing other people's protest songs,

It's a beautiful music.

        G D
And I'm haunted by the ghost of my more famous friends,

        Cadd9
I spend every season complaining, waiting for the season to end.

          G D
I like to think that I'm encompassing but I'm always getting comfortable,

          Cadd9
You never gave me twenty minutes just to catch my breath.

         G D Cadd9
You were kissing me, I'm fucking someone else.

Chorus

        Cadd9 B A B Cadd9 B A G
But the city gets pretty for those few hours when the trains aren't running

        Cadd9 B A B
And I'm locking down my door in advance,

        Cadd9 D G Cadd9 D
Cuz the wolves are coming, the wolves are coming

                   G Cadd9 D
And I'm not coming back, to the bars we used to drink at,

                              G Cadd9 D
Or the drinks we used to sling, or the people we used to drink with,

became the people that we used, and

G Cadd9
Ever since you said you saw a mouse in my house,

D
Every single time I get high I see mice

        G Cadd9 D
And the people that we used to drink with, became the people that we used

        Cadd9 B A B Cadd9 B A G
But the city gets pretty for those few hours when the trains aren't running.

(Cadd9 B A B)

Cadd9 D
What's that, I think I hear the wolves coming

       Cadd9 B A B Cadd9 B
But the city gets pretty for those few hours when the trains aren't running

      A G Cadd9 B A G
And I think I hear the wolves coming, I'm locking down my door in advance,

        Cadd9 D G Cadd9 D
Cuz the wolves are coming, the wolves are coming
