Standard tuning

I found it really difficult to figure out whether the faster C and D chords throughout
the song are C/D or Am/Bm or something else entirely. It sounds just fine when you play
it alone but if you're playing along to the song, it could sound off. If anybody knows 
better, please comment, thanks!
