This is an excellent song.  It's very easy.  Even though 
The White Stripes don't have a bass player,
it's fun to just play along with the song.

There is one part where the guitar is strumed once and 
rings out.  At this part, play an open A for the same 
length that the guitar rings out.

There you go.  The song just pretty much repeats it self through
