Ok, here is the main part (the bagpipe part) i figured it out on my guitar, and im almost 100% sure its right. But, however this is the only part of the song i could tab (because the rest of it is composed with wind instruments)

*This song is only single notes, you have to listen to the song to figure out the timing. I tried spacing the notes to give you an idea of the timing. its not really hard, but its fun to know. No fancy bends or 2 notes at a time. have fun!
