This is a beautiful fingerstyle song by the Canadian Singer/Songwriter/Guitarist Dave 
(now living in Bremen, Germany). The song is build up of 4 parts.

It starts with Part A (repeat several times).
Then Part B leads into the verse.
During the verse he plays part C (repeat).
In between verses he plays again part A (repeat) and then B to lead into the next verse.
In the solo he plays part D.

It's a good idea to practice the parts individually and then stitch them together.
Then just listen to the song and you'll easily get the hang of it.
