OK, so this is my first whole song tabbed by ear. It is a really fun song to play,
and its co-written by a person that is in my favorite band. Charles Kelley from
Lady Antebellum! Anyway, the Chorus is really weird, and It fits, but i'm going to
try to make it more accurate later on, so hold on for an update! And another note,
this song requires you to tune your guitar down a half a step.

I'll post a video tutorial for this, to show where everything lines up and
hopefully get rid or all Confusion.

In the Intro, you can play the chords themselves, or you can just pick the strings.

Intro/Verse: Repeat throughout intro and verse, with only some obvious variations.

  Cadd9 G
e|---------------------------------------3------------------------------------|
B|---------------------------------------3------------------------------------|
G|---------------------------------------0------------------------------------|
D|----0h2---0----------------------------0------------------------------------|
A|-----------------3------2--------------2------------------------------------|
E|----------------------------------3----3------------------------------------|

      Cadd9 G
Ain't it funny how some things take you back
       Cadd9 G
And the here and now just fades to black
                Cadd9 G
When I pulled that blue tarp off that time machine
               Cadd9
Man, it hits me
Cadd9 G
Seventeen years old runnin' on dumb luck
Caad9 G
Spent the whole darn summer livin' in that truck
        Cadd9 G
Them old tires still covered in all that mud
        Cadd9
Like it sticks with me in my blood

Chorus:
          Cadd9 Cadd9 G
When life was nothing more than living for the night
            Caad9 Cadd9 Em7
Just try'na steal a kiss on the tailgate of that ride
           G Cadd9 n.c.
Good ole days don't wash away, just like that Georgia clay

n.c. G
Only one of my friends with a fake ID
  Cadd9 G (continue same pattern)
It made me the hometown celebrity

Used to put her in park in a vacant lot
        Cadd9
Yeah still cant believe we never got caught

When life was nothing more than living for the night

Just try'na steal a kiss on the tailgate of that ride

Good ole days don't wash away, just like that Georgia clay

Em7 G Cadd9
                  All over everything

Em7 G Cadd9
                  Every last memory
Em7 G Asus2 Cadd9
Man it's all comin' back to me

Cadd9 G

      Cadd9 G
Ain't it funny how some things take you back
          Cadd9 Cadd9 G
When life was nothing more than living for the night
        Cadd9 Cadd9 Em7
Just try'na steal a kiss on the tailgate of that night
      G Cadd9 Em7 G Cadd9
Good ole days don't wash away, that's some things they just don't change
n.c.
Just like that Georgia clay
Cadd9 G
                   All over everything
Cadd9 G
                   Every last memory

It's all comin' back to me
Cadd9 G
