This is by Apex Praise Band of Apex Church in Dayton, Ohio. This version is far better
than the other ones, and this was tabbed by the actual band members. Give (Apex) 5 stars!

Instead of C/E and D/F#, you can just play C and D if you want. Only difference is the
top string. The first chords add the top string for base. And instead of G/B you can just
play G, it's very different playing-wise, but sounds pretty similar.

Intro: G ? C (x2)

Verse 1:
        G Em C D G
Rock of ages cleft for me, let me hide myself in Thee
        D C/E D/F# C
Let the water and the blood from Thy wounded side which flowed
        G Em C D
   G
Be for sin the double cure, save from wrath and make me pure!

Verse2:
Not the labors of my hands can fulfill thy laws demands
Could my zeal no respite know; could my tears forever flow
All for sin could not atone; Thou must save and Thou alone

Chorus A:
      Em D
May I hide myself in Thee
          G/B C
Would you cover my head in Your mercies
         Em D
Can Your grace come capture me
              G/B C
And make Your righteousness my identity

Verse3:
Nothing in my hand I bring, simply to the cross I cling
Naked, come to Thee for dress; helpless, look to Thee for grace
Foul, I to the fountain fly, wash me Savior, or I die

[chorus A]

Verse4:
While I draw this fleeting breath, when my eyes shall close in death
When I soar to worlds unknown; see Thee on Thy judgement throne
Rock of Ages, cleft for me, let me hide myself in Thee

Chorus B:
       Em D
Lord I hide myself in Thee
         G/B C
You have covered my head in Your mercies
         Em D
Yes Your grace has captured me
                 G/B C
You've made Your righteousness my identity
