Im not sure if this is the way he plays it, in fact I really dont think it is the way he plays it, but it will work.  Most of the tunings on Illuminate are down a half step, I think this is the only one that is down like this.  The chord names are not relative to the tuning.

Tuning is dropped-D down 1/2 step. Db Ab Db Gb Bb Eb
