Alright, capo on number one, all chords and positions are relative to that, not too difficult. Crowder actually plays this tuned down a half step. I think its much easier just to change some of the chord positions and do it this way. You can tune down and figure it out the other way if you like.

Intro/Main Riff:
e--------------------
B--------------------
G------9-XXXX---7----
D------X-XXXX--------
A------X-XXXX--------
E--6/8-8-XXXX-6---6--

Keep playing that untill this part:

A Bb
And ive lost my mind, Im sure ill find
A Bb
Need to apologize for my
A Bb
Lack of inhibition, for my belligerent condition
A Ab G
But with you this near im dizzy

Go back to the main riff there
Then you play that little inturlude again
except at the end you go down chromattically
from the G to F# and then F
And then is the chorus:

C F
La, la dee da
       C
La dee da, dee da
    F
Dee da da da
C F
La, La dee da
       C
La dee da, dee da
    F
Dee da da da

You then just repeat those parts as nessacary.
When hes singing "if im out of my mind...."
That is just the chorus chords.
The lead into How Great is self explanitory.
