The main acoustic riff goes something like this:

Intro/Verses/Bridge:

It sounds like 12th fret harmonics on the recording, but I don?t have that kind of 
dexterity (I think it?s two guitars) so I just play it normally and it sounds just about the same.

These are merely suggestions on how to play the chords for the chorus.  It sounds like 
he really just plays the bass notes while the harmonics are still being plucked, but in a 
solo setting that?s kind of impossible?
