All you do is play G D Em throughout.

At the end of the chorus, "Is how good you are to me", it sounds like there's a
different chord. Maybe Am7. But you can just play the Em and go back to G and it sounds fine.

Lyrics:
G (320003@1) DWhen (xx0232@1)everything's said and done
     EmYour (022000@1)all I really have
G (320003@1) DIn (xx0232@1)the midst of these setting suns
    EmThe (022000@1)city lights at best
    G (320003@1) DAre (xx0232@1)portraits of my friends
    EmBut (022000@1)they don't make amends
                    G (320003@1) D (xx0232@1) EmFor (022000@1)this ridiculous mess

G (320003@1) DSo (xx0232@1)I will float on
EmEvery (022000@1)word you said
G (320003@1) DWhen (xx0232@1)the water of my ghosts
     EmThey (022000@1)rise above my head
G (320003@1) DAnd (xx0232@1)I will stand up on your back
EmIn (022000@1)the middle of this sea
        G (320003@1) DWhen (xx0232@1)collectors of my debts
EmThey (022000@1)come to sink their teeth

G (320003@1) D (xx0232@1) EmAnd (022000@1)its all I can think about now
G (320003@1)name="chord_xx0232@1">D EmIs (022000@1)how good you are to me

[chords same as first part:

This body is a hole
My flesh one shallow grave
I am six feet below myself
And at my best
I still deserve to die
But I'll be glorified
In this ridiculous mess

So I will float on
Every word you said
When the water of my ghosts
They rise above my head
And I will stand up on your back
In the middle of this sea
When collectors of my debts
They come to sink there teeth

And its all I can think about now
Is how good you are to me
