This is what I've managed to get so far and I think it sounds right.
It's in the key of F#m but for ease when playing, you could capo it
on the 2nd fret and take it down a whole step.

Chorus:
D     A    Bm   F#m
D     A    F#m  E

The instrumental part @ around 2:37 is just the same as the chorus and that is pretty 
it.
I couldn't find complete lyrics to put the chords with, but I'm sure someone will put 
up eventually.
