I could be wrong, but it sounds like the intro has an open B 
note in it and if you're in C#-Standard then the open B note 
would be 1st string open.  Therefore the tuning I have listed 
below is the way I play it.  You don't use the 1st string very 
much throughout this song, so you would still be able to play 
the entire song in this tuning.

The tuning is Standard (E-A-D-G-B-E) down 1 and a half steps, then you drop
the 1st string down another whole step.

Tuning (low to high): C#-F#-B-E-G#-B
