Tuning - Down half step

I. Play these four chords throughout the verse, 
the strumming is really easy to follow.

II.  Play these chords throughout the part after the verse, 
the strumming on these is easy to follow too.  
Make sure that you play the open E and B strings with the chords, 
that's the way it sounds on the recording.
