Then Repeat the whole thing again, except for the second post-chorus you end on a C5 i.e. G:--5

Then for the Solo play the G notes from the post chorus with slides then a little chromatic trill around the 12-15 frets (Alternatively just improvise around the 12-15 frets using the chromatic scale)
