I've been trying to find a tab for this song everywhere but haven't found the right one.
Instead I decided to mess around on my guitar a bit and try to find the right chords by ear.
Here is what I came up with. (Note that this may or may not be 100% correct.)

the chords G, Dsus4, C, and G just like in the chorus over and over 
agian. Then when you want to end the song you play G, Dsus4, C, G, 
and one last strum of the G chord.]
