I will write out all three parts, 2 for guitar and one for bass.
On the guitar line, the notes in parenthesis  i.e.(4-5--2 )  are played by the 2nd 
guitar and are harmonies. The last 3 lines I wrote the 2 guitar parts on different lines.
The note in between asterisks *5* can be played by both guitars
I'll try to show the timing and I'll put in bar lines, but you'll have to figure 
out the rest by yourself.
